About our Practice
We are a small law firm composed of two highly experienced attorneys well-versed in the intricacies of modern litigation. We offer our clients a range of services that is efficient, sophisticated, and cost-sensitive.
We defend cases brought against public and private entities under Title VII, the Fair Housing Act, Section 1983, and other civil rights statutes. We provide litigation and arbitration services to general contractors and subcontractors in both the public works and private contract arenas. We also focus on complex insurance coverage matters, especially as they relate to construction claims. We have defended insurance class actions, and are particularly proud of a case in which a Katrina-based insurance class action was eventually dismissed. Moreover, we defend architects and engineers accused of professional negligence. Finally, we provide litigation services to general casualty insurers.
Our experience and in-depth knowledge of the Louisiana legal landscape puts us in an exceptional position to provide our services to national firms as local counsel.
