We also focus on complex insurance coverage matters, especially as they relate to construction claims. We have defended insurance class actions, and are particularly proud of a case in which a Katrina-based insurance class action was eventually dismissed. Moreover, we defend architects and engineers accused of professional negligence. Finally, we provide litigation services to general casualty insurers.
